Jon and I really enjoyed chatting with Anne Tomkinson. She has become a great friend over the past year since we met on Twitter. Anne and I met in person at SHRMVLS and after “knowing” each other on Twitter, it was just like running into an old friend.

Anne shares about her passion for inclusion and diversity. She believes we’ve been going about diversity backwards, so listen and hear me motivate Anne to put it into a DisruptHR talk (and she has applied for DisruptHR Richmond — and if she doesn’t get selected there, you can believe she’ll be in Brookings giving it).
