Katrina is such a goofball! The first person to ever ask if our “what’s in your glass” question is literal!! We had a great time getting to know Katrina at SHRM18, and I’m hoping to get a chance to hang out with her more in 2019. She has a lot of great thoughts on recruiting those entry level, hard to fill, high turnover position, looking at it different than the revolving door. We get a little old school in the conversation, especially when we start talking about cassette and 8-track tapes! (just google it if you don’t know what we’re talking about).
And, definitely, if you see any of us out & about, please do come up and say hi! We all want to expand our network 🙂
