#HRSocialHour Covid Chat 11/14 7 pm ET

Here we are 20+ months into Covid and it’s been a while since we’ve really talked about it here and how you all are doing. Things have changed a lot since we first chatted about Covid back in March 2020. Some have lost and found jobs; some moved between remote and the office; some decided to make side gigs permanent and some have decided retirement looks really really good. All of these decisions have changed the workplace. And as HR professionals, we’ve been asked to write new policies or job descriptions on what seems like a daily basis. We’ve pivoted, pivoted, reverted, and then pivoted again. We’ve had a front-row seat to all the fun!

Earlier today, I had the opportunity to be on Lee Andrese’s LinkedIn Live show and we talked about a few of the good things that came from the pandemic. Long-held truths of the workplace were turned on end. And Jon and I thought this would be a good time for us to talk about what we have learned, how we’ve evolved and pivoted. So be sure to join us on Sunday, November 7, 6 pm CT on Twitter as we share! See you there!
