#GirlScoutSolarEclipse: Galaxy Crack-ers

Our fun snack for our #GirlScoutSolarEclipse event is Galaxy Crack-ers. Of course I found this on Pinterest.  I’m about 90% sure a grandma or relative uses to make this at Christmas time when I was a kid. It’s not hard or expensive and it is delicious!! The colors, crystallized sugar & spray make it fun.

You will need:

  • 1 18×13 inch sheet pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Saltines to fit (approximately 1 sleeve)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Chocolate chips
  • Purple & blue candy melts
  • Sparkling white sugar
  • Edible shimmer spray

Check out the original post for full directions (above). Note, I used saltines in mine as it’s what I had in the house when I tried them out & I liked them that way 🙂 hardest part is trying to not eat them all in 1 sitting …
